ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow interrupted by pleasant greenish reflections, which stand out thanks to the fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: typically varietal with delicate and fragrant notes of yellow-fleshed fruit.
Flavour: lively on the palate, but well balanced between acidity and sugars. Its slightly bitter aftertaste is characteristic.

PRODUCTION AREA
Territory surrounding the winery, characterized by medium-textured soils composed of clayey limestone of Miocene origin, medium hilly location and sub-arid climate.
PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
The must obtained is immediately cooled and then separated from the lees by static sedimentation and sent for the second fermentation in an autoclave.
AGING
To be drunk preferably within two years of the harvest.
STORAGE TEMPERATURE
In cool, dry rooms away from light.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
8-10°C.

Ideal wine at the end of a meal in combination with dry desserts.
