Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time of the booked experience. After 24 hours and/or in the event of a no-show (No Show) at the place where the experience will take place, no refund will be issued. The cancellation or modification of the reservation must be communicated promptly to Unisola Sardegna srls by email to enoteca.binushop@gmail.com or by telephone to +39 070542162 or through the intermediary from whom the tour ticket was purchased (e.g. Agency). In the event of guests not arriving on the day of the reservation without prior communication, Unisola Sardegna will retain the entire amount of the payment.

Force majeure
The services offered by Unisola Sardegna srls may be subject to changes due to technical and logistical problems. In the event that Unisola Sardegna decides to cancel the booked experience due to force majeure, the customer will be offered an alternative date or only in this case will the full refund of the ticket be made according to the *Refund Policies. The refund will be made by bank transfer or directly to the customer's card issuing company. Depending on the bank, it takes approximately 5-10 days for the customer to see the refund credit. Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of our cancellation terms.
