ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: light straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perfume: fresh and gently fruity.
Flavour: delicate, with a pleasant acidic expression.
GRAPES
100% Nuragus.
PRODUCTION AREA
Territory surrounding the winery, characterized by medium-textured soils composed of clayey limestone of Miocene origin, medium hilly location, sub-arid climate.
PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
After a static decantation of the juice obtained with a soft pressing of the berries, the clean part is sent to fermentation conducted by selected yeasts at a temperature of 15°C for about 15 days. Aging on the noble lees and bottling in the spring following the harvest.
AGING
In ideal storage conditions, it withstands a further refinement period of about 2 years starting from the bottling date.
STORAGE TEMPERATURE
In cool, dry rooms away from light.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
10-12°C.
COMBINATIONS WITH FOOD
Crustaceans, noble fish, appetizers and first courses, as long as they are not covered by strong seasonings.
