ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: intense golden yellow tending towards amber.
Bouquet: broad and complex, decidedly aromatic, the nose expresses a bouquet of dried acacia flowers, apricot jam, candied citrus fruits and sweet vanilla and spicy notes on the finish.
Taste: silky fluidity, sweetly soft, sumptuous and full-bodied. A good sapidity balances the sweet sensations, and offers the taster a very long finish of dried fruit, apricot, toasted small fruits and delicate spices.
