PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
The vinification technique involves destemming and subsequent fermentation for about 10 days in contact with the skins at a temperature of 26°C. Upon racking, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in vitrified cement tanks

It is a medium-aged wine, to be consumed within 3-4 years of the harvest date
